From the home I lived in during school, to student rental, to the home my younger brother lived in, on now to a rental we want to share with you. We almost lost this home to the tornado in 2011, but thankfully, we escaped with nothing more than broken windows and a damaged roof. The memories we've made here are near and dear to our heart and we hope your family has as fond a memory of this home as we do once you've completed your stay - and that you think of us again the next time your travels bring you to Tuscaloosa! This home is in the center of all the action! Before the tornado, this area was piece-milled together and the buildings lacked a general theme or functional layout. Though tragic, the blank slate that the tornado created has been seized by real estate developers and homeowner's alike. Despite the development the surrounding area has experienced, this street remains fairly quiet because it is not a "cut-through" for general commercial traffic.
Guests must agree to the house rules and sign rental agreement to be provided by our property management system within 24 hours of booking. Feel free to request a copy of each for your review prior to booking.
Walk to many restaurants and shopping! Moderately active guests can walk to campus on gameday, or take an Uber to your favorite spot to watch the game downtown. This home's central location to the city makes travel in any direction a breeze.

Within this verification process you will be given the choice between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. If you choose to go the non-refundable damage waiver route, the payment is remitted directly to Superhog and is payable in ADDITION to the pricing shown at the time of booking. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please be sure to complete the Superhog verification process prior to arriving at the property so that we can facilitate a quick and easy check-in process.
