The wait is over—our pool construction is complete! This new, upgraded space is ready to make your stay unforgettable. The pool is heated during March, April, May, October, and November, and can be cooled in the summer months upon request—a refreshing option during those stretches of 110-degree heat indexes. The hot tub is heated and available for guest use year-round. With two separate kitchens and living areas, this home offers the perfect layout for families and groups to relax in comfort and style. Prepare delicious meals in fully equipped kitchens featuring granite countertops and high-end appliances. Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well).

Guests must agree to the house rules and sign rental agreement to be provided by our property management system within 24 hours of booking. Feel free to request a copy of each for your review prior to booking.

We’re excited to host you! Please be aware of the following important details: You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation. Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi). For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a security deposit of $2,500. By taking a moment to review the property details, photos, and house rules, and responding promptly to our messages, you can rest assured that we’ll go above and beyond to make your stay five-star worthy. The pool is heated from the months of March-November. With advance notice and depending on weather conditions, we can heat the pool in winter months for an additional fee to be agreed prior to booking. Pool & hot tub hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM year round. Groups with all guests under the age of 25 are prohibited. Thank you and we look forward to hosting you!
