The primary residence provides comfortable living accommodations, featuring three bedrooms. It includes a functional rear den with a designated workspace, complemented by a practical Murphy bed for space optimization. Access to the studio apartment is available through French doors. The studio apartment is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, suitable for guests or independent living.
Guests will have full access to the main house and detached studio apartment during the stay.

These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation. Guest verification is also required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi.
